All Luckystar series covered by 1 yr parts/3yrs labor warranty.
If DOA (Dead on Arrival) reported within 30 days after received,
Woobiz Inc will issue a return label
for return/repair/exchange.
Duplicator items may only be returned for a replacement of the same
make/model.

- Please fill out the rma form.
- Please fax/mail/email the rma form back to us
- if DOA we will issue you a shipping label for return,customer is responsible for drop off at ups station.
- Once RMA approved We will notify you via fax or email
- Please ship the item with original manufactured package and condition
- Please mark the RMA # on the top of the box next to the shipping label
- If possible please email us the tracking number for your return
- All RMA # expired after 2 week after issued
- All return will be process and re-ship within 48 hrs after received(not including the received date)
